2009 – present Jakta regularly prepares and sends the data on the gaming industry
for the Balkans to the EU Commission
2010, March Jakta in co-operation with the Association of Employers organized
the conference: “The gray economy and the introduction of EU
standards in games of chance”
2010, March Jakta presented study with an analysis of gambling markets in the
Republic of Serbia with the data on the size of the legal and gray
market, the risk of money laundering and crime prevention and
consumer protection in the gambling sector.
2010, April The Belgrade Chamber of Commerce initiate and organize the first
conference in the Republic of Serbia as the “Responsible games of
chance in Serbia ‘
2010, May Participate in the presentation of the ‘Law on Employment of
Persons with Disabilities’ in the City Hall. Jakta actively helps its
members to adapt to new laws, especially the Law on Employment
of People with Disabilities
2010, May Jakta in cooperation with the Association of Employers of Serbia and
the Serbian Chamber of Commerce is negotiating for equal
protection of its members with SOKOJ and OFPS organizations.
2010, 2011 in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia
initiated and organized two regulatory conferences of former
Yugoslav countries with the support and presence of the President
of GREF
2010 Jakta is actively working on the development and adoption of
amendments to the Law on Games of Chance in December 2010

former Yugoslavia under the title: “European integration in games of

experts from almost all European countries, including the Secretary
of the Games of chance Administration of Netherlands Mr. Eric Van
